A member of our team will then handle things for you, ask a range of questions, carry out a thorough evaluation and analysis for you. You may be asked questions about the problems you are facing, the history, various readings/reports/findings you may have. This is not a vet consultation.
STEP 2
You will now be registered in our system, assigned an ECN* unique to you, so we can help you track and manage your case. This is essential in order maintain the utmost quality in setting a course of treatment, and tailoring to needs, taking into account various factors and conditions. This is important especially if you do not go ahead with an order in the now, but may do so in future, so that the horses condition and progress can be managed for best results.

When going ahead with an order we will provide you a thorough set of instructions, suggest a plan to the course of treatment you adopt, taking a variety of factors into account [racing, spell, traits, geography, other conditions]. A purchase order based on the requirements is emailed to you. Special shipping/delivery matters will be worked out for you. Once payment is received, the order will be dispatched to you, or can be picked up from a nominated pick up point in your area. Once a regular customer and in our system with an ECN*, you can order porduct regularly knowing its use.
Through your ECN you can self order more product in future, a treatment log can be maintained, you can receive bulk purchase discounts, and also earn rewards credited towards future product purchases. Our system is the best in the world to provide the most comprehensive yet simple and effect delivery system to help you manage your horses health to the best level. PLEASE NOTE:
1. ITZ MAGIC contains caffeine constituents, and a 10 - 14 day holding period prior to racing is advised.

4. Orders can be delivered to the Cranboure [Victoria, Aus] track on Monday mornings, or Caulfield [Victoria, Aus] on Wednesday mornings by prior indication on order arrangments.
5. Orders for extra top ups made within 30 days can recieve that order pool discount, the order amount falls into. Usual postage charges for top up orders still apply, for standard or express freight.
*An ECN [Equine Care Number} alows for quality and regulated usage and administration of the product. We may also view blood reading reports where required. This is to provide full comprehensive care for each horse individually which is necessary. This is an optional service provided at no charge, as a privilege, for case conditions.
